Privacy Policy
Last updated: 12 September 2026.
This policy explains what personal data FIX HUB collects through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It describes what the website actually does. Nothing is claimed here that the site does not do, and nothing the site does is left out.
The short version
This website sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking scripts of any kind. It loads nothing from any external service. The only personal data we hold about you is what you choose to type into our enquiry form, together with the technical records that every web server keeps.
Who we are
FIX HUB is a consulting company headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, working across international trade, system integration, technology and corporate advisory. Our registered address and contact details are shown in the footer of every page on this site.
If you have any question about this policy, or about data we hold on you, use the form on our Contact page or write to the address in the footer. It reaches the people who are responsible for it, not a queue.
What we collect when you send an enquiry
Our contact form asks for two things: one way to reach you, which may be an e-mail address or a phone number, and your message. That is all we ask for.
When you submit the form we also record three technical values automatically:
- the IP address the request came from,
- the identification string your browser sends about itself, known as the user-agent,
- the date and time of the submission.
Your contact detail and your message are what we need in order to reply to you and to carry on the conversation that follows. The IP address and the user-agent are kept as an anti-abuse record. The form is open to anyone on the internet, and without those two values we cannot tell a genuine enquiry from automated spam, nor apply the rate limits that keep the form usable.
What we collect when you only read the site
Our web server keeps a standard access log: the IP address, the page requested, the time, the response code and the user-agent. These logs are created by the hosting platform, are used for security and for diagnosing faults, and are not connected to any named person.
What we do not collect
No cookies are set by this website, for any purpose, including analytics and preferences. Nothing is written to your browser's local storage or session storage.
There is no Google Analytics, no advertising or conversion pixel, no social-media tracker, no session recording, no device fingerprinting and no cross-site tracking. You have no account here and we never ask you for payment details, identity documents or any other sensitive information through this site.
Since September 2026 the site also serves its own fonts from this domain. Before that, typefaces were loaded from a public font service, which meant your IP address reached that service on every page view. That connection has been removed. Your browser now contacts no server other than ours while this site is open.
Why we are allowed to hold it
We handle your enquiry because you sent it to us in order to get a reply, and we use it for that reply and for the business relationship that may follow from it.
We keep the technical anti-abuse records because we have a legitimate interest in keeping a public form usable and our systems secure. We do not use them to build a profile of you, and we do not combine them with anything else.
Who else sees it
Inside FIX HUB, an enquiry is read by the staff who handle enquiries and by the colleague best placed to answer you.
Outside FIX HUB there is one service provider: the company that hosts our servers and operates our mailboxes. It acts on our instructions and not for its own purposes. Its servers are located in Türkiye, which means your data is stored and processed outside the United Arab Emirates.
There is no one else. We do not sell your data. We do not rent, exchange or share it for marketing. We do not pass it to advertising networks or data brokers. We disclose it to a third party only where the law obliges us to, and we would tell you unless we were forbidden to.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for as long as it remains useful to the relationship it started: to answer you, to follow up, and to keep a record of what was discussed and agreed.
We have not set an automatic deletion date, and we would rather say so plainly than publish a retention period we do not actually enforce. If you want your enquiry deleted, ask us and we will delete it.
Server access logs are rotated and overwritten by the hosting platform on its own schedule. They are not kept as a long-term record.
What you can ask us to do
You can ask us to tell you what data we hold about you, to correct it if it is wrong, to delete it, or to stop using it.
Write to us from the address you originally contacted us with, or give us enough detail to find the enquiry. We will act on the request and confirm to you when it is done. There is no charge for any of this, and you do not need to give a reason.
How we protect it
The site is served only over HTTPS. Requests arriving over plain HTTP are redirected, and the site instructs browsers to use HTTPS for a year ahead, so a downgrade is not silently possible.
The enquiry form is protected by a signed single-use token, a hidden decoy field, a timing check and rate limits, so that it cannot be turned into a relay for sending spam to other people.
The business system that receives enquiries is not reachable from the public internet through this website. Access to it requires an account and explicit permissions, every action is logged, and stored documents are held outside the web root in encrypted form.
No system is ever perfect. If you believe you have found a security weakness on this site, please tell us rather than anyone else: the reporting address is published at /.well-known/security.txt and we will respond.
Children
This is a business-to-business website. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, tell us and we will remove it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will replace this page and change the date at the top. Where a change is material, it will be described here rather than made quietly.
